Going Green This Holiday Season with the Eco Starter Kit

The new Eco Starter Kit from Eco Hatchery is the latest in the market which helps consumers to conserve energy and water, lower utility bills, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The company has priced the kit for $97.50 and stated that the kit can be shipped directly to friends and family with a gift message for this holiday season.

According to a recent report, the average American is directly responsible for over 11.2 metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions, pollutants responsible for global warming.

Eco Hatchery says that their Eco kit helps consumers to save nearly $260 annually and reduce carbon dioxide emission by 2.5 tons, which is almost equivalent to eliminating 5,500 pounds of garbage from landfills.

"It's the perfect gift for anyone who wants to go green but doesn't know where to start," said Adam Borut, president at Eco Hatchery, adding that the kit may be shipped directly to friends and family with a gift message.

The kit comes with the right tools that are required to have a green home. The kit also comes with a personal eco roadmap and carbon offsets.

A beautifully illustrated and educational instruction book describes economic and environmental benefits of all the kit's products, along with the time needed for each activity.

The Kit comes with an energy monitor, eco lighting replacement tool, home tap water quality test and conservation tools, home insulation products, reusable shopping bag, recycled coffee filters, reusable filtered-water bottle, natural soy candle, A-Z recycling resources directory, an online Roadmap with personalized recommendations and many more.

The Eco Starter Kit includes few online tools that allow consumers to calculate their carbon footprint, track their impact, and identify future savings opportunities.

"The ability to calculate and track the carbon footprint of an entire company, association, college, or neighborhood is invaluable. As participants use the products in the Eco Starter Kit, they can see how their individual actions have a positive impact on the whole," said Borut.

Based in Milwaukee, WI, Eco Hatchery is promoting green homes by helping individuals take the first steps toward conserving energy and fighting global warming.
