Hosted Solution Cuts Telecom Costs and Energy Consumption

Aizan Technologies, a provider of communication applications and service, has launched the Voice Assurance Suite, a fully-hosted suite of communications services that cuts capital costs and energy consumption, streamlines call management, boosts productivity and ensures business continuity in the event of telecom service disruption or if employees are not able to access office premises.

The Aizan Voice Assurance Suite is used by public sector organizations, emergency services, contact centers and companies in finance, retail, travel, advertising, manufacturing, oil and gas and other sectors to increase customer satisfaction by ensuring all calls are answered in priority sequence, connect callers to the party that can best help them, route calls over multiple call center or office locations and improved decision-making support based on call management reports.

The suite performs independently of Telcos and onsite telecom infrastructure. If a telecom network goes down, or if staff are not able to make it into the office, incoming calls can be routed to other call centers, remote or home offices or mobile phones – providing business continuity assurance. In case of an urgent situation, Aizan can be used to deliver thousands of messages per minute to contacts or callers can reach an information message line for situation updates. Outgoing broadcast messages and information line messages can be updated from any phone at any time.

“Fully hosted and hardware-free, Aizan Voice Assurance Suite applications can be rolled out rapidly in any combination or as individual services. Organizations save capital costs and only pay for the services they use. This helps them control costs while improving sales, customer service and overall communication levels,” said John Cameron, CEO, Aizan Technologies.

In addition, the suite helps companies go green. By reducing onsite telecom equipment, Aizan enables companies to cut local power consumption. However, it does not simply shift power consumption to Aizan. Due to economies of scale, the Aizan network runs on a fraction of the power required by companies using their own telecom servers.

Aizan's on demand delivery platform is located in one of North America's premier telecommunications hubs. Aizan uses redundant telecom providers and has in place a triple backup system to reliably manage over 150 million calls and messages per year, for over 350 clients across North America.

The seven Voice Assurance Suite applications include Enhanced Messaging Application, Automated Virtual Attendant, Call Allocator, INFOLINE, Keep Originator On Line, Virtual Contact Center and Virtual Fax Manager. They may be subscribed to separately or in any combination.
