A new corporate website for Wireless Age Communications will become the primary source for information for the expanding operations of Vertility Technology Corporation in future.
Wireless Age brings together technologies and companies focused on innovative and cutting edge energy and environmental solutions. The company has published a new Website under the Vertility Technology banner that can be accessed at www.vertilitytechnology.com.
With this move, the company wants to make the brand and website more reflective of Wireless Age Communications’ business plan.
Visitors will find this new Website easy to navigate, says the company that has included various subsections in the portal.
One subsection highlights an Investor Relations tab; a company subsection includes the company vision as well as the leadership team and a Divisions tab is also there to help customer and shareholders better understand Vertility's businesses.
"In our ongoing effort to increase shareholder value and transparency, we are pleased to announce our new corporate website," said John Simmonds, chief executive officer of Wireless Age. "Our corporate website design will provide investors with easy access to key information including current news and events, corporate governance and regulatory documents, stock and financial data, and other shareholder resources."
Wireless Age Communications was also in news this month for announcing the acquisition of the OC Communications Group, a provider of business process outsourcing services based in Toronto.
"The sale of OC Communications to Wireless Age is a key step in our growth strategy," said Mike Hilmer, CEO of OCCGI.
"Wireless Age and its affiliated companies will provide OCCGI with the financial platform and the contacts to expand revenue in the growing energy and environmental services sectors. We couldn't be more excited about the prospects!"
