Using energy with care and trying to preserve it are no longer just the priorities of the government. The corporations and individuals across the globe are also becoming increasingly environment-conscious. From multi-family residential properties to commercial establishments, all are showing great interest in saving energy through the installation of the energy management systems. There are still many others who are eager to take advantage of the savings and other benefits offered by an energy management solution but cannot implement one as their budget does not permit that.
However, Powerhouse Dynamics, the maker of the eMonitor enterprise energy and asset management system, has come up with a solution for the establishments that are willing to embrace it but lacks the budget. Powerhouse Dynamics has introduced a leasing program that allows the multi-site operators of small commercial facilities to take advantage of the eMonitor with little or no up-front investment. The commercial establishments such as restaurant, convenience store and retail chains, as well as multi-family housing developers, can benefit from the program.
The eMonitor controls HVAC and other key systems, and remotely monitors critical equipment to diagnose performance issues and identify savings opportunities. Easy installation and intuitive Interface are two of its most important benefits. Multi-location companies use the system to benchmark their facilities and equipment, identify star performers and share best practices across the chain.
Powerhouse Dynamics officials admitted that they have took inspiration from the solar power companies that pioneered the concept of leasing programs. These programs were successful in boosting up the solar power market by making systems instantly affordable. The officials expressed their hopes that Powerhouse Dynamics’ leasing program will have a similar effect on the market for energy saving systems like the eMonitor.
“Leasing removes one of the barriers to wider adoption of energy efficiency applications and will enable customers to achieve net savings almost from day one,” Powerhouse Dynamics CEO Martin Flusberg quipped.
