Enecsys, a supplier of micro inverter products for solar energy applications, recently added Glenn International, as a new distributor to cover the Caribbean and Central American markets. This is expected to serve the needs of consumers who incur very high costs for the consumption of conventional electric power.
Ignacio Diaz, director of sales and marketing at Glenn International said in a statement, “The rate of growth in the solar energy market in this region is unprecedented. We’re happy to be partnering with Enecsys, because we’ve found their micro inverter system maximizes solar energy harvest, which makes the switch to solar power easy and affordable for both installers and homeowners.”
Enecsys makes smart, highly reliable grid-connected micro inverters and monitoring systems that are suitable for use at homes and businesses. The inverters deliver maximum energy harvest, ensure safety for installers and users and are highly reliable.
As micro inverters form important parts of any solar system, Enecsys has launched two types of devices, the single and duo micro inverters. Installers benefit from the flexibility of deploying the inverters. They can mix singles and duos as required for complicated rooftop installations. This helps save time and costs.
Further, Enecsys micro inverters can be attached directly to the rack that is present behind each module in a solar installation. They also offer greater visibility into the real-time performance of each solar module for users and they streamline PV array design and installation. Users can also assess and address problems that are associated with shading, soiling and presence of obstructions. The inverters have an extended lifetime matching that of solar modules, said officials.
Thomas Nelson, senior director of strategic accounts at Enecsys added, “Enecsys is pleased to partner with Glenn International to distribute our micro inverter throughout the Caribbean and the rapidly solar emerging market of Central America.
He pointed out that the Enecsys’ new generation of micro inverters are equipped to handle multiple grid settings in a single SKU. This helps Glenn International to be well positioned to serve the solar market in these regions.
