JouleX Announces Major Record Revenue Growth for 2012

JouleX, an Atlanta based company that specializes in enterprise energy management, announced record-breaking statistics for its revenue growth of 2012.

JouleX has enjoyed a nearly 300 percent compound annual growth rate since launching three years ago. In 2012 the company added more than 100 new customers to its list, including major names like BMW, Sony, Coca Cola, Equifax, and Nestle Water, who began utilizing products energy managment prodcuts like JouleX Energy Manager (JEM) Technology.

"The demand for energy, and the increased operational and environmental costs associated with increased consumption is driving companies to act to eliminate energy waste; they simply cannot afford to sit idly by any longer," said Tom Noonan , JouleX president and CEO.

JEM is the first network-based, agentless energy management system that can identify and automatically reduce energy waste by up to 60 percent. Its efficiency and quailty helped attract the many new customers that JouleX gained in 2012.

“The unprecedented growth that JouleX has experienced indicates the importance of enterprise energy management solutions as the lynchpins in this transformation. JouleX will continue to innovate to help provide the visibility and analysis required to help them control energy across their web scale enterprises ?from buildings and industrial controls to Data Centers and their distributed IT infrastructure," added Noonan.

JouleX saw 10 customer orders that topped the six figure mark, with one even crossing the million dollar plateau. The company launched the JouleX-Ready program to offer a software development and certification kit for vendors looking to integrate their products with the JEM platform. JouleX even won a few awards, being named a 2012 Computerworld Honors Laureate and 2012 IBM (News - Alert) SmartCamp KickStart winner.

For 2013 we are expecting nothing but continued revenue growth and advanced product development from JouleX.
