Soladigm Unveils Dynamic Glass Offering for Commercial Purposes

Soladigm’s dynamic glass product, especially developed for commercial purposes, is now available for implementation across the globe. According to the organization’s key vision, a lucid, continuous view is necessary for ensuring a basic change in the manner in which people design and interact with buildings.

The organization has therefore renamed itself to View Inc., keeping with this vision.

With built-in intelligence, View Dynamic Glass offers stunning, relaxed views by amending to external situations in an uninterrupted manner. The views offered by View Dynamic Glass, protected against redundant heat and glare, are available year-round.

Novel prospects in building design, ambience and smooth user experiences are generated by the commercially available View Dynamic Glass, with considerably lower energy use. Users can experience a 20-percent yearly decrease HVAC and lighting energy usage, and a 25-percent decrease in HVAC peak load for a normal commercial deployment.

In a statement, Dr. Rao Mulpuri, CEO at View, Inc. said, "The concept of window glass adjusting to outside conditions has been a designer's dream. In addition to providing unprecedented design freedom and an amazing occupant experience, a window that allows complete control over the amount of heat and light that enter the building will also reduce energy consumption. I am excited that we have been able to deliver on the market needs of dynamic glass with the right aesthetic and energy performance, commercial-scale sizes, long-term durability, and intelligent control, at cost levels that enable bringing dynamic glass to the mainstream a reality.”

Commercial buildings, homes, healthcare services, educational establishments, government facilities, skylights and atria, and hotels and restaurants will find View Dynamic Glass ideal. Apart from launching direct sales and distribution networks in the United States, the organization is extending its presence worldwide.

The organization will be demonstrating its large-scale dynamic glass at the Greenbuild International Conference and Expo, scheduled for Nov 14-16 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.
