The Luxury Review Utilizes ViridiSTOR Green Box Solution

The Luxury Review, held on October 3, 2012 at the Petersen Museum in Los Angeles, made use of the Green Box (News - Alert) offering from ViridiSTOR LLC. With an aim to avoid distributing paper handouts to the journalists and invited visitors, the ViridiSTOR USB was used to provide content from at least 35 quality exhibitors at the event.

In a statement, Bradford Rand, CEO at Rand Luxury said, "I had previously worked with ViridiSTOR during our Go Green Expo in Los Angeles to help create the world's first truly sustainable trade show and based on the value their solution offered, knew we would work together again. As details came together for this year's Luxury Review event, it only made sense to once again utilize ViridiSTOR's powerful solution for content dissemination."

According to Rand, the organization had originally chosen to develop an app, which would provide agendas, maps, social media association and a very small abstract of a product or presentation, for the event.

The organization, however, felt the necessity to deliver content required by attendees and exhibitors, such as handouts of the presentations, exhibitor brochures and HD videos.

Terry Mullin, CEO, ViridiSTOR said, "With the ViridiSTOR Presenter application on the USB, we provide a smarter way to deliver content at any event. Unlike an app, users can review all of the substance from the entire event found on our USB and then using a PC or Mac, access all of the information from the event. In the case of a conference, users review content pages from the event, and then select only the materials or videos that they want to bring with them to the presentation on their mobile device."

According to Rand, sponsors also benefited with ViridiSTOR USB. Advertisements from sponsors could now reach a whole company with just a mouse click using ViridiSTOR's USB.

This added benefit boosted the sponsorship program and promotional materials of the exhibitors.

According to Mullin, a patented prize-winning service is offered by ViridiSTOR to the event and conferencing industry. The ViridiSTOR Presenter application interface assists in organizing and formatting the materials. 

The information is then loaded on the USB from where it is offered to users through the Presenter application.
