AuraPortal, a global provider of Business Process Management (BPM), announced that Auren, an AuraPortal partner, has implemented an environmental system at Toyota Spain.
The implementation of the environmental system was based on AuraPortal’s BPM suite. The suite enables Toyota Spain to improve their environmental practices throughout their entire Spanish dealer network.
Auren conducted the consultancy for adapting the environmental processes of the various dealers in the Toyota Spain network. They used the AuraPortal BPMS platform to model and automate the corresponding processes, creating the Gea-Toyota solution.
“The installation of a computing tool like Gea-Toyota, based on AuraPortal BPMS, has enabled us to centralize much of the work and maintain the same criteria between different dealers located throughout the Spanish Territory,” said Karl Van Dijck, corporate affairs director at Toyota Spain, in a statement.
Leveraging the comprehensive solution, Toyota Spain managed environmental system and improved environmental practices in all its dealers. It also helped meet compliance with legal environmental obligations of Toyota Spain and distributers, and optimize the resources economically.
“A project as ambitious as this can only be successful if a high and blended participation exists between all the people involved,” said Xavier Sala i Leseduarte, Auren partner, in a statement. “Thus it is necessary to congratulate Toyota Spain and its dealer network for effectively supporting the project in the organization and to the consulting team for forming a team-orientated approach with the project.”
Recently, AuraPortal opened its new headquarters in Brazil. With this AuraPortal can now offer local support to its partner network and customers through training initiatives, product improvements, and product support.
