Lighting Science Group, a leading designer, developer, manufacturer and marketer of LED lighting solutions, recently released its new and more advanced portfolio of residential, commercial, infrastructure and designer LED products. The officials from Lighting Science Group said the company plans to exhibit these products at LIGHTFAIR International.
“While other companies are struggling to develop performance LED lighting products, we are bringing to market some of the most advanced and exciting lighting products in the world,” said Jim Haworth, chief executive officer of Lighting Science Group, in a statement. “Demonstrating our speed to market -- most of these new innovations that we are showing at LIGHTFAIR will be in the market by the end of this year or the beginning of next year.”
Apart from its lightning products, Lightning Science Group also plans to showcase its future lab area and other parts of its booth, wirelessly controlled, intelligent lighting products as recently shown at the 2011 Google (News
- Alert) I/O conference. Some of these products include a 500 lumen MR16, an A19 that achieves 104 lumens per watt utilizing quantum dot technology, an active cooling MEMS A19 bulb. Also on display will be A19 60 watt equivalent bulb that will be submitted for the U.S. Department of Energy's lighting prize.
“At Lighting Science Group, we continue to push the innovation and performance envelope so our customers can benefit from long-lasting, high output, environmentally responsible, and sustainable LED lighting products that make economic sense,” said Fred Maxik, chief technology officer of Lighting Science Group, in a statement.
Headquartered in Satellite Beach, Florida, Lighting Science Group’s European operations are based in Goes, The Netherlands; and, the Company has a sales office in Sydney, Australia.
The company recently announced it has partnered with Shanghai Automotive Industrial USA to bring its LED infrastructure lights to Eastern China.
