Pronexus Eliminates Barriers to Development by Making IVR Toolkit Free, Launches VBVoice 7
OTTAWA, ONTARIO, Sep 07, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --
Pronexus, the developer of the leading Interactive Voice Response
(IVR) toolkit Pronexus VBVoice(TM), announced today a revolutionary
move to eliminate barriers to IVR development.
"We are lowering the total cost of IVR development by offering our
award-winning IVR toolkit VBVoice free of charge. You can start
developing an IVR application without upfront costs. The two runtime
licenses included allow you to test and even deploy your
application," said Gary T. Hannah, CEO of Pronexus.
Steve Brown, Pronexus VP of Sales commented: "This change enables
Pronexus to rapidly expand its market share especially in emerging
geographies like Latin America and Asia. With VBVoice, any small
company can afford a quality IVR solution and capitalize on benefits
like improved customer service and streamlined internal processes
which have an impact on the bottom line. This move also lowers the
barrier for mid-sized and large companies to explore what IVR
technology can do for their business." Eduardo Gonzalez, Development
Director for Telnorm Services Mexico remarked: "Integrators like us
can now better serve growing and increasingly sophisticated markets."
VBVoice 7 includes support for Windows(R) 7, Windows Server 2008 as
well as Dialogic HMP 3.0 and SR6 PCI support for these operating
systems. Also new is Visual Studio(R) 2010 support. "I am excited
about companies developing IVR applications without restrictions with
a robust tool that supports the latest Microsoft and Dialogic
technologies," said Ankit Bhargava, Marketing and Sales Director for
Niche Tech Services.
VBVoice IVR software enables the creation of feature-rich IVR
solutions including auto-attendants, automated payments, fax
applications, notifications, polling and surveys. IVR applications
built with VBVoice have been deployed by thousands of customers in
numerous industries including banking, government, healthcare,
insurance and utilities.
VBVoice integrates with Microsoft(R) Visual Studio enabling
leveraging familiar programming skills and industry-standard
programming languages. It combines an easy-to-use visual call flow
environment with fully programmable controls and options like speech
recognition and text-to-speech. Time-saving features of VBVoice
include a multi-lingual prompt library as well as tens of sample
applications.
