Merced Systems Solution Now Rated “Avaya Compliant”

Merced Performance Suite helps customer-facing organizations, such as contact centers, field sales, retail sales, partner operations, back office functions, and field service groups align front-line employee performance with strategic operational objectives through coaching and other performance-related workflow, incentive compensation management, and reporting and analytics. The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya CMS.

Doing so ensures businesses can confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.
