'Orange Switzerland introduces Orange Care portfolio'

Orange Switzerland has introduced the Orange Care portfolio for mobile
communication. Orange provides the Orange Care services throughout the
entire customer relations cycle. The service offers new customers a
reminder service. Depending on the state, age and type of the old
mobile phones, customers will get a credit on phone bill for the old
device. All customers can bring old mobile devices to Orange for
recycling. Customers, who bring an old, functional mobile phone,
including the phone charger to Orange, are given an individual price
reduction for a new handset. Purchasers of new handsets at an Orange
Centre can have their personal mobile phone content, such as texts,
MMS, pictures, videos, e-mail, and contacts transferred from old phone
to the new one, or to a data storage device. Handsets can be bought at
a reduced price if users take out a mobile phone contract. However, if
a mobile is stolen or damaged in an accident, buying a new mobile phone
without a price reduction will add up to a couple of hundred francs.
The Orange Care service also offers various insurance plans.
