Superior Contact, a Michigan-based contact management center and a TelNet (News - Alert) Worldwide Company, has been awarded an expanded, multi-year, multi-service contract with Integrys Energy Services, Inc. (Integrys), a premier provider of competitive energy services throughout the Midwest and Northeast United States.
Officials with Superior Contact said that the company acts as the single point of contact for a variety of Integrys' energy program initiatives, along with a majority of the company's customer and prospect contact needs for its residential and smaller commercial accounts.
"Simply put, Superior has helped us grow. They know our business and have really become an extension of our own organization. Feedback from our customers indicates they are very happy with the services Superior provides for us," said Mike Welch, marketing director for Integrys Energy Services, in a statement.
Superior Contact recently relocated its operations to a larger facility in Marquette, Michigan.
"With Integrys Energy Services on board with us for the long term, it was time to invest in both a new facility and new technologies to stay in step with their aggressive growth goals over the next several years, as well as continue to support and grow our other clients. We're excited and very pleased to renew this relationship," said Pat O'Leary, TelNet Worldwide CEO, in a statement.
Company officials said that in addition to extending the longstanding partnership, the agreement expands the scope of services Superior Contact provides to Integrys, including third party verification services, hosted contact center services, and enhanced reporting. Additional terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
